Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and loved it! The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the main square and all the festivities. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated the fact that they offered a complimentary champagne toast at midnight and organized a beautiful fireworks display. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. loved the delicious breakfast buffet and the rooftop pool.
The noise level. Due to its central location, the hotel can get pretty loud, especially during the New Year's celebrations.

The hotel is conveniently located near a museum, which is perfect for those interested in exploring the local culture. It is also close to downtown, making it easy to access various shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with big windows that provide beautiful views of the city. The staff is attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests.
The hotel could use some improvements in terms of the outdated decor in the hallways, curtains, and elevator.

Great central location close to local attractions and amenities. the attentive service made us feel at home. the cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the views were breathtaking.
We did experience some minor issues, including no hot water, inconvenient placement of the television, and some outdated facilities in certain areas of the hotel. these issues were mostly insignificant and did not significantly affect our overall stay.

Complementary drink and breakfast, convenient location near attractions. Best aspect: Great value for the price.
Outdated and dirty rooms with uncomfortable beds, unhelpful staff and poor communication. Unpleasant experience overall, would not recommend.
